At Miss Veyve’s Bakehouse, every item is handmade with care, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Because our baked goods are perishable, we are unable to accept returns. However, your happiness is important to us, so please review our policy below:

1. Order Accuracy & Quality

  • If there is an issue with your order (missing items, incorrect products, or quality concerns), please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.

  • We may request a photo of the product so we can better understand the issue.

2. Refunds & Replacements

  • Refunds or replacements may be offered at our discretion if the product does not meet our standards.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method when applicable.

  • Custom orders and special event items (cakes, large catering orders, etc.) are non-refundable once preparation has begun, but we will work with you to resolve concerns.

3. Cancellations

  • Orders canceled 48 hours or more before pickup/delivery may be eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours may result in a partial refund or credit, depending on the order’s progress.

4. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

  • We take great care, but please note that our kitchen uses common allergens such as wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy. We cannot guarantee cross-contamination will not occur.

  • Refunds will not be issued due to allergy concerns disclosed after purchase.
